Team America Rocketry Challenge.
The Team America Rocketry Challenge (T.A.R.C.), is a fantastic joint program of the Aerospace Industries Association, and The National Association of Rocketry. This rocketry youth outreach program, provides the opportunity for Middle School, and High School teams to compete nationally for a share of over $60,000. in prizes. The Summit City Aerospace Modelers is proud to support local T.A.R.C. efforts.
2009 TARC LAUNCHES AT CONCORDIA THEOLOGICAL SENINARY
Launches will be held throughout Feb. March and April.
Zion's Youth Group will be launching in an attempt to qualify for 2009. (the group made the finals and went to the plains, VA. this past May - for the second year in a row). Dates and times will be announced. Launches to last several hours. Rods and Rails avalaiable. FAA Notification per 101.22 will be given.
